Just popping in to share a page I did at retreat using one of
Charm's Creations stars to enter into her bi-monthly challenge for April/May.
It was so awesome to meet Charmane and to see her gorgeous embellishments all in one place. I wanted one of everything but as I had spent my money on her Creatures for the kids, I had to hold back.
And did you see that circle of cork with the star and 9 on it? Well where we were at retreat, there was a bar and as I was fixing myself a little drink....I spotted this container of corks. Thinking they would be great to use as a stamp I collected a few and then decided to cut one up and used the piece as an embellishment. I will have to create a few more I think.

My girlfriend Kylie is someone who is pretty special.

I love the hessian or do you call it burlap, whatever we should call it I love what you've done with it on this great masculine page, Oh and the cork idea works so well. Did you stamp the hessian/burlap or was it stamped on the cardstock? A really great page.

wow Jas.. i LOVE LOVE LOVE that layout.. yummy..boyey and fun..woot woot.. and then your photos a day.. i've been doing it but adding them to my fb page.. anyho.. sorry i havent stalked for a while..but i will be doing it again..not sure why i havent considering that i'm on fb and pinterest all the time.. just put it down to having a very slack arse..LOL.. hope you and all the family are well apart from DD hope her xrays go well .... lots of love an sugar to you... mwah.
