A page about my Mum when she was young

I love recycling in my pages and in this page today I have used some wrapping paper as my background on some white cardstock.

No mixed media at all because the paper was busy enough and with some "pretty" D-lish Scraps pieces, my page was complete.

This is a photo of my Mum when she was about 9 or 10.  

So so sweet and I just wish I could have known her then to see what she was like as a young girl.

I have used a large doily in my background as my feature piece to draw your eye to the photo which I framed using  a raw veneer frame.

Followed up with two clusters of embellishments including a lace bow, bitty blooms, rose, paper flowers, leaves and a sequin bow.
