Bird Is the Word - Forever Challenge

Hi Girls,

The new challenge is up at Bird Is The Word and I am super excited to have completed my first official DT LO.
What do you need to do??
You need to create a project using the word

**FOREVER**

either in your title or journaling..
I don't think any of you would know but my daughter has a condition called Talipes.
The old name for this was "club foot"  which just sounds terrible.  I'm glad they changed the name.
Anyway, this meant that she was born with one of her feet turned in so she was in plaster for the first 8 weeks of her life, literally from day 3 and then she had an operation to cut her Achilles tendon at 4 weeks and at 6 weeks we were told both her hips were dislocated so she wore a hip brace for 7 months (on average it should be 3 months).
At 4 months she began to wear boots joined by a bar (this helps keep the foot turned out) for 12 weeks full time and then for sleeps which she will continue to do until she is 4.
So to carry a baby with hips spread wide apart from a brace and boots with a bar on her feet, was kind of awkward.
We saw the surgeon on Friday and her hips are looking ok but she will need to have an x-ray every few years until she is an adult.
We are now only 4 months off finishing wearing the boots so I created this LO as a reminder of how her journey began.

And a couple of close ups:

And

Just to remind you:
